What are the dates and times of the retreat?

Where is the retreat being held?

What is the agenda for the retreat?

What is the closest airport to the hotel?

Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) which is 11 minutes away by taxi.

Are there any recommended airlines or travel agencies?

Please book your travel through your local travel agency.

Is transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?

Please share taxis with colleagues you are travelling with where possible.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

What amenities are available at the hotel?

How do I register for the retreat?

Please register using the invitation you will have received.

Can my colleague come along?

Please note the event is invite-only, and so unfortunately we cannot accept additional attendees at this stage.

What is the dress code for the retreat?

The event is business casual.

Will meals be provided during the event?

Yes, the Retreat will be fully catered.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes.
