International Travel

By now you will have your travel booked. If you would like to extend your trip for further meetings please seek approval for the additional costs from your manager and arrange locally.

If you arrive into Heathrow airport your best route is to get a train from Heathrow to Paddington, then from Paddington to Bath Spa station, it is then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you arrive into Bristol airport your best route is to organise a taxi to the hotel. For those who are travelling by train please see recommended routes and taxi numbers below:

Local Taxi number – Veezu (0117 925 2626)

Eurostar – Arrive in St Pancras, catch the tube to Paddington via the Circle or Hammersmith & City Line from Kings Cross station, then train from Paddington to Bath Spa station.

London Office – walk to Farringdon station (10 mins) and get the Elizabeth line to Paddington, then train from Paddington to Bath Spa station.

UK Travel

Please book rail tickets ASAP to ensure a favourable rate. In terms of return travel on the 20^th please ensure tickets are booked to travel back to your relative UK office by 9am.

Bristol – Please catch the train from Bristol Temple Meads to Bath Spa, it is then a 10 minute walk to the hotel

London – Please catch the train from Paddington to Bath Spa, it is then a 10 minute walk to the hotel

Please note, there is no on-site car park. If you have business travel insurance and wish to drive, the nearest car park is Avon Street Car Park (34 Corn St, Bath BA1 1UF). Where possible if you are travelling by car, please consider car sharing with colleagues.
