Please book flights locally ahead of time. If you would like to extend your trip for further meetings please seek approval for the additional costs from your manager and arrange locally. If you need recommendations for hotels near the London office, please contact Sara Ismail. Note that there is a rail strike across some networks in the UK across the dates of our conference. If you’re planning on travelling via rail please check your route ahead of time.  

UK Travel

Given the recent news over rail strikes we have organised a coach departing from the Bristol Halo office at 07:15am on the 07 December with a return coach departing from the hotel at 09:00am the following morning. Please ensure you have amended your registration via the confirmation to book a seat and ensure any rail tickets booked have been cancelled. For our London team the strikes shouldn’t disrupt any rail travel on the 07 – 08 Dec, you can get a direct train to and from Egham via Waterloo.

If you have business travel insurance and wish to drive there is plenty of car parking available on site and reservations are not required. Again, where possible if you are travelling by car, please consider car sharing with colleagues.
