Please make your own travel arrangements and charge this to your usual office travel code.

There are taxi ranks located outside Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (T2A,T2B and T2C) at Barcelona Airport. They are easy to locate just look for the signs for the taxi rank when you leave any terminal building which will point you in the right direction to the nearest taxi rank.

The journey to the hotel will take approximately 20 minutes.

Accommodation and breakfast for 14, 15 and 16 October will be paid by the international budget.

Additional nights, dinner on 14 October and any other incidental hotel charges will need to be paid for on departure and expensed to your usual office travel budget.
