Bristol Airport

There is a taxi rank available and the journey will take approximately 25-30 minutes (possibly longer during rush-hour) and costs £30 – £35

Heathrow Airport

Take the Heathrow Express, to Paddington Tube Station within 16 minutes. From there you will need to travel on National rail to Bristol Temple Meads which will take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.  It is then a 10 minute walk to the hotel or there is taxi rank outside of the exit which will take a few minutes and cost between £5 and £7

Tickets for the Heathrow Express can be purchased with ease from the station, alternatively Visa and MasterCards can be used via contactless payment to travel on the Heathrow Express, DLR and tube network.

Eurostar

For those arriving via Eurostar, the quickest route will be the Circle Line from Kings Cross St. Pancras to London Paddington (20 minutes). From there you will need to travel on National rail to Bristol Temple Meads which will take approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.  It is then a 10 minute walk to the hotel or there is taxi rank outside of the exit which will take a few minutes and cost between £5 and £7.

The nights and breakfasts of 7-9 November are covered by the international budget. All other costs from the hotel, or for dinner on November 7 will need to be expensed to your usual travel budget.

It is approximately a 10 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads railway station and 8 minutes to the Halo building.

There is no parking available at the hotel. See FAQs for information on 24 hour parking at a negotiated price for hotel guests.

There is a restaurant and a bar, room service is also available. A gym is located on the first floor.
