Who books my travel / flight?
You can book your travel via your usual local travel policy.
What can I expense?
The overnight stay* and breakfasts of 7-9 November are covered by the international budget as well as lunches and dinners on 8 & 9 November.
All other costs from the hotel, travel expenses or dinner on November 7 will need to be expensed to your usual travel budget.
*Make sure you indicated your hotel needs on the RSVP form in your invite.
What should I wear?
Business casual is just fine.
I have a special dietary requirement or other adaptations, who should I contact?
Please let us know about any requirements via the RSVP form in your invite.
I’d like to drive – will there be parking onsite?
There are car parks nearby the Halo building, details are listed on the intranet.
Can I park at the Leonardo hotel?
The Leonardo hotel does not have parking facilities. However, guests are able to use the negotiated rate available at the Gardiner Haskins car park and the Broadmead NCP. These are within walking distance and can be used at the negotiated price of £14 for 24 hours.

To take advantage of the discounted rate for 24h (not less): Bring the yellow token to the hotel reception to scan before departure – this will give you a 15 minute window to leave the car park.

To take advantage of the discounted rate for 24h (not less): Collect a validation ticket from the hotel reception before departure to be used with your original NCP ticket (hotel ticket is used after) at the pay machine when you leave.
